Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 4-5 days  of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
• Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for returns, including:

• Accessories, jewelry, and other non-apparel items.
• Custom or made-to-order items.
• Gift cards and promotional items.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you via email if it is approved.
3. Ship Back the Item: After receiving approval, ship the item back to our return address at Shop no. 1, Omkar Co-op Housing Society, Gokhale Road South, Dadar (W), Mumbai 400028. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please Note: Rumourss Garments is not liable for any items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable. Ensure you retain all packaging and take photos of the damage for faster processing.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will process your refund as follows:

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note: Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping.
• If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for details on returning the item once it has been delivered.
